In 2007 the family name moved into the leafy compound formerly known as the Rainbow Lodge, marrying eight decades of steakhouse tradition to gardens, decks and a waterfall that most guests assume must be a film set.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_to_Order\"><\/span>What to Order<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Start with lobster bisque or jumbo lump crab, then commit to a prime cut \u2014 the filet for elegance, the bone-in ribeye for conviction. The German fried potatoes are mandatory heritage; creamed spinach and wild mushrooms round out the table. The strudel finale comes warm with vanilla ice cream, and the wine list rewards both scholars and romantics.
