The Story

Ford Fry is the Houston-raised chef who became one of the South’s most decorated restaurateurs in Atlanta before returning in 2015 to open this love letter to his hometown. With chef Bobby Matos running the kitchen, the menu folds Gulf seafood, Texas beef and the city’s Creole-Mexican seasonings into what the house calls modern Southern — and what regulars call simply theirs.
